The cycle path across Ealing Common is getting an improved crossing at the western end (near The Grove). It's half-built at the moment but the markings 'ramp' and 'table' are noted on the road surface to denote that it will have a raised speed table. It's plenty wide enough for pedestrians and cycle riders to share. Beware if using it just now; the kerbs are high to match the level of the speed table so there is a temporary tarmac 'ramp' against them across part of the width.
