Our rides are particularly well suited to the social rider and typically follow river and canal towpaths - it's surprising how far one can cycle in London on quiet routes. We invariably stop for lunch and coffee although a packed lunch might be called for depending on the facilities available.

Participants come from all walks of life with women riders particularly well represented. Why not get in touch with us soon to learn more?

Unless otherwise stated contact our rider co-ordinator at rides@ealingcycling.org.uk for details of rides.

Though we aim to take a common sense approach to safety on our rides, all those attending do so at their own risk. Always remember to wear suitable clothing and bring your lights and a pump. A spare inner tube is always a good idea.

 Ruslip Lido

A trip to the Ruslip Lido go over Harrow on the Hill and the back roads to the Lido itself. Return via the canal or a more direct route depending on the weather. The food at the Lido is not as good as it used to be, and certainly the service is slow on a Sunday so bring a picnic.
